  1. How can I exchange my Miles for gifts ?

    You can exchange your Miles for a large choice of presents by visiting our online shop.

  2. Can I change or cancel my gift order?

    No, only the defect articles can be exchanged or reimbursed.

  3. Is there a webshop helpdesk?

    Yes, a team dedicated to your webshop orders is available from Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

  4. Is it possible to follow my parcel?

    Yes, all our parcels are sent with Track & Trace.

  5. Where will I receive my gift?

    Your gift will be sent to the delivery address indicated when you placed your order.

  6. What are the delivery times?

    Your order will be sent through the mail (with Track & Trace), in 1 or 2 working days for Belgium and 10 to 12 working days for France, the Netherlands or Germany.

  7. What happens if my gift is no longer available?

    If your gift is no longer available, or if it is out of stock, you will be offered an equivalent replacement gift with similar characteristics.
