EXCHANGING A DIGITAL TICKET
How to exchange a digital ticket you bought on Thalys.com?
You may exchange your ticket online on Thalys.com, via your My Thalys World account or under the heading ‘TICKETS’ by entering your file number and the purchaser's email address.

Your ticket will be modified according to your instructions if the conditions associated with your fare allow it.
How to exchange a ticket you bought with your Miles?
You may request to cancel your ticket and refund it in Miles until the departure time of your train. Your Miles will be entirely recredited to your personal My Thalys World account. You can also book a new ticket with your Miles until 3 days before your departure.
You may request a cancellation and a refund for your tickets on Thalys.com by logging into your My Thalys World account or in the section "Tickets" by entering your booking number and the purchaser's email address.
Exchanging a hard copy ticket
If you are already in possession of your ticket, have it with you for the following actions.
If you have already paid for your ticket but not yet collected it, you will have received (via email or telephone) a 6-letter booking reference which identifies your order. Make sure you have this 6-letter booking reference with you.
This situation may arise if you have bought your ticket via the Internet or by telephone and you selected the option ‘collect tickets from the station or an automatic ticket dispenser’.
How to exchange a hard-copy SNCF ticket bought via thalys.com
In a German train station you will need to make a new reservation. Deutsche Bahn will sell you a new ticket and will put a note on the original ticket. After this you will need to go back to your initial point of sales with the original ticket in order to be refunded.
Exchanging a Homeprint ticket
Your Digital Homeprint ticket will be modified according to your instructions if the conditions associated with your fare allow it.
Good news - there is no need to print a new journey confirmation!
