Our Train Managers are responsible for your welcome and your safety, and will answer your questions and assist you in case of difficulties during the trip.
To ensure the safety of travellers, please make sure to arrive on the platform no later than 2 minutes before the departure of the train. After this time, access to the train may be refused.
In order to board with total peace of mind, we recommend that you arrive at the station 20 minutes before the departure of the train.

How can you connect to the Wi-Fi network on board our trains?
Nothing simpler: just log in to the ThalysNet portal. Go to www.thalysnet.com and click on the “Connect to Wi-Fi” button. No need to log in nor create a user account, you have direct access to the Internet in one click.
Wi-Fi+ on board: a technological feat
The availability of the Wi-Fi service is subject to the technical conditions of the day. The connectivity failures that you might encounter are related to areas less well covered by 3G and 4G networks.
With a top speed of 300 kmph, providing Wi-Fi on board remains a real technological feat. We are happy and proud to offer you this service. Thank you for your patience and understanding in case of malfunctions.
Luggage storage
Many storage spaces are available on board our trains: you can store your luggage in the spaces located at the entrance of each car or above the seats.
Travelling with your family aboard Thalys
Travelling with your little tribe has never been easier: children under 12 travel for a small fee of €15.*
Your children under 4 can even travel for free on your lap. However, a KID ticket ensures you a seat.

Baby changing facilities
Is your baby travelling with you? No worries, we’ve thought of everything.
For the care of your little ones , you will find a changing table, a sink and a bottle warmer in cars 7, 17 and 27.
Support for children under 18
All underage children (under 18), accompanied or not, must travel under the responsibility of their parents (or guardians or escorts to whom the parents have entrusted their care).
Parents or guardians should check with the competent national authorities that their child has all necessary documents to allow them to cross the border.
For safety reasons, children under 12 are not allowed to travel alone on board Thalys trains.
