  1. My card has expired. What do I do?

    If you opted for a physical loyalty card, you can simply destroy or throw away your card. Your digital card will be automatically updated and is accessible from your My Thaly World acccount or the Thalys app.

  2. I already was a Thalys TheCard member. For how long will my new status be valid?

    Your new status will be valid for 1 year after the transition to My Thalys World.

  3. I already was a Thalys TheCard member. How is my new status calculated?

    Your status has been attributed based on the status you had for Thalys TheCard.

  4. I already was a Thalys TheCard member. Do I already have Member Points?

    No, you don't have any Member Points yet, but you have a year to save them!

  5. I already was a Thalys TheCard member. What will happen to my Miles in the new programme?

    The Miles you saved as a member of Thalys TheCard will automatically be transferred to your My Thalys World account.

  6. I already was a Thalys TheCard member. What will change with this new programme?

    The name of the programme and the statuses change, but you'll remain on the same advantage level.
