I didn't enter my Thalys number when I purchased my ticket. How can I receive my Miles?
If you didn't enter your My Thalys World number when purchasing your ticket, you have until your travel date to contact our customer service, who will add the ticket to your account, ensuring you will save your Miles and your Member Points.
Make sure you enter your travel reference.. Requests done later than two months after the travel date will not be taken into account.
Attention: It's not possible to save Miles on the journeys you booked before joining the programme My Thalys World.
