How long does it take before my Miles are credited?

If your ticket is non-exchangeable and non-reimbursable :

  • you receive your Miles at the moment of the purchase

If your ticket is exchangeable and reimbursable:

  • your Miles will not be validated before your travel date.

Your ticket needs to be validated on board of the train to validate adding Miles to your account. If your ticket hasn't been validated on the train, your Miles will automatically be added to your account 60 days after your travel date.
