How can I exchange or cancel a ticket paid with Thalys e-Vouchers?

To exchange a ticket paid for with Thalys e-Vouchers: 
1. Find your booking reference with six alphanumeric characters 
2. Contact the Thalys Call Center, 7 days a week, from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. 

Three situations can arise. 

1.    Situation 1: exchange of a ticket paid for with Thalys e-Vouchers without additional payment. 

The price of the new ticket exactly matches the price of the ticket you wish to exchange. In this case, no payment nor refund. 

2.    Situation 2: exchange of a ticket paid for with Thalys e-Vouchers with additional payment. 

If the price of the new ticket is higher than the price of the original ticket, the exchange requires an additional payment. In this case, the difference cannot be paid with e-Vouchers. 

3.    Situation 3: exchange of a ticket paid for with Thalys e-Vouchers with refund. 

A. The ticket was paid only with Thalys e-Vouchers

The refund of tickets paid only with Thalys e-Vouchers will be made in Thalys e-Vouchers. The amount will be based on the current fare conditions. The initial beneficiary of the ticket will receive new codes by email. 

B. The ticket has been paid for with Thalys e-Vouchers and a credit card

Refunds of tickets paid for in part with Thalys e-Vouchers and in part with bank card will be made initially by bank transfer up to the maximum amount paid by card. Any remaining balance will be refunded in Thalys e-Vouchers. The amount will be based on the current fare conditions. The initial beneficiary of the ticket will receive new codes by email.

Note: 
A Thalys ticket can be exchanged according to its specific price conditions, whether it has been paid for with Thalys e-Vouchers or not.
