Pierre Marcolini is a Belgian chocolate manufacturer, so special that chocolate lovers come from all corners of the globe to sample the delights.


Childhood dream


Pierre Marcolini is the story of a young man who at the age of 14 dreamt of becoming a pâtissier. At 19, he became a chef and found himself leading a team of a dozen pâtissiers despite being the youngest. Today, this former world pâtisserie champion is now well-established in his own right, the Belgian shop sign is a feature in the most prestigious cities of the world, such as Paris, London, Tokyo and for some years already, in Antwerp.

Step into the shop and it's a little like taking a journey to the four corners of the earth through flavour: Venezuela, Brazil, the equator and many more…
Chocolate lovers, particularly fans of dark chocolate, will thoroughly enjoy the quality and incredible taste that this craftsman gives to these sweets. From truffle pralines to orangettes sprinkled with cocoa, there are certainly temptations here that you will be powerless to resist.
This explosion of flavours is not limited to chocolate; Marcolini also produces excellent pâtisseries and desserts. My favourites include the chocolate crème brûlée, decorated with fine chocolate shavings made from Venezuelan or Ghanaian cocoa beans. Yum!
