Just 15 minutes from the city centre, on the island of IJmeer, Camping Zeeburg welcomes everyone wishing to discover Amsterdam in a different way.
Relaxed international ambiance
Get off tram 26 and don't be surprised at the huge pile of scrap iron along the 200 m between the tram stop and your destination. No, it's not rubbish, but rather artist's workshops. Push open the door and have a nosy. There are no airs and graces here: welcome to the last bastion of the hippie movement in Amsterdam! The vibe at Camping Zeeburg is no different: easygoing, open, friendly. But don't be mistaken, the site is managed efficiently and professionally. The staff are multilingual, there is always hot water available for showers and the toilet blocks are impeccably clean.
Tent, camper, caravan or bungalow
Zeeburg, which mainly attracts young people and families, extends over 4 hectares. You can pitch your tent, stay in your camper or rent one of the colourful caravans ("wagonnette") or a mini-bungalow ("cabin") for two or four people. The campsite boasts a bakery (where you will find the best pastries in Amsterdam!), a minimarket, a bar and a restaurant. There is a play area for children and a small sandy beach. You can also hire bikes or kayaks. In fact, you're almost reluctant to leave and visit Amsterdam!
Open all year round. Stays limited to 14 nights.
