I lost my ticket. What should I do?

If you have lost your ticket before your departure

For standard tickets:

Passengers are entirely responsible for their tickets.

All tickets are individually valid and transferable. As a consequence, if tickets are lost or stolen, Thalys International will be unable to reimburse, exchange or provide copies of these tickets.

For Ticketless or Digital Homeprint tickets:

Do you have a Thalys account? Log in to access your Ticketless tickets.
