I lost my ticket. What should I do?

If you have lost your ticket before your departure

For standard tickets:

Passengers are entirely responsible for their tickets.

As a consequence, if tickets are lost or stolen, Thalys International will be unable to reimburse, exchange or provide copies of these tickets.

For e-Tickets:

Do you have a Thalys account? Log in to access your e-Tickets.

If you do not have a My Thalys World account, you can download your e-Ticket on in the 'My tickets' section. Enter the travel reference (PNR) and the surname entered at the time of booking.

You will also find your ticket on the Thalys app when you log onto your account.You can also create a My Thalys Workd account in just a few clicks to access the tickets of your future trips.
