Lose yourself in this Aladdin’s cave where you can stock up on unusual and surprising objects to take home!

Two former journalists

At the start they were just a couple of German journalists who loved hunting out stylish accessories for their home and garden, bargains brought back from their numerous trips abroad. It sounds crazy but they started their adventure selling the objects they’d found during the week in the weekend markets, just for fun. Their colleagues didn’t take them seriously, but the business took off and, under pressure from an ever growing number of customers, they opened a small shop.

Everyday but unusual objects

A bird box for the apple tree in your garden, a small metal table, a watering can, reels of Liberty ribbons or cords, natural rubber wellington boots, retro garden tools, a roll of oil cloth for your kitchen table, a cereal bowl with its matching spoon, a milk jug, coat hooks, here, nothing is chosen by chance and each object, though familiar, is original, either in its material, colour or shape.
For example, the traditional wellington boots of your childhood are available here in both classic colours and canary yellow decorated with purple hearts!
As the window of this little shop isn’t big enough, Stephan Feil, one of the owners, lays out a selection of these high quality stylish products each day. The overflow even covers the garage door where it says in big letters “no parking”.

Where time stands still

I love this little shop which always has something new on offer. Even if you don’t buy anything, you can be sure of a warm welcome. Mr Feil will be thrilled to show you his enchanting treasure trove.
