Fuse is a mythical night club for anyone who likes techno. It's been setting the pace of Brussels' night life since 1994. The biggest DJ's have all played here and they’ve created an atmosphere that's made it the place to be.

Rite of passage

As soon as I got to Brussels and had my first debates about where to go out, I was told to go to the hypest club in town, not to be missed. "You don't know Fuse?" people asked me incredulously. Obvioulsy, anyone who hasn't experienced Fuse doesn't know a thing about Brussels night life. Voted "best Belgian club of all times", it's known well beyond its borders. Opened by Thierry Coppens and Peter Decuypere, it's gained cult status as the ultimate techno destination because the planet's best DJ's play there.

Pioneer and revolutionary

Daft Punk in 1995(!), Jeff Mills, Dave Clarke, Ricardo Villalobos, Sven Väth, Laurent Garnier... the list goes on and on. They've all played at Fuse at one time or another, so you can imagine how good it is! Shivers run up your spine when you go in. The house DJs Pierre and Deg put you in the mood right away. You don't get a moment to slow down or catch your breath. Over 1200 night owls move like one from the beginning to the end of the night. Heady stuff. Fuse releases superb compilations to keep the music going.
Gabriel, 32 TENNIS PRO

I teach tennis in the city and also write about culture for a number of publications. I love to travel and meet people. My city? It's an improv concert in a down-to-earth bar, an exhibition built on a work site, a play performed in the heart of the old city... My little extra: combining sport and culture!
