Hidden at the heart of the historical centre of Amsterdam is the Mauro Mansion, a charming little bed and breakfast quite the opposite of an opulent and impersonal palace. With just nine rooms, you can really enjoy the calm in a relaxed family atmosphere far from daily worries.

A friendly and personal welcome

Located in a typical Dutch 16th century building, Mauro Mansion is a different kind of place managed by lovely owners whose kindness and politeness are bound to put a smile on your face. The peaceful atmosphere of the rooms and their special decoration invite to sleep and serenity.

Miles form standardization

The nine rooms of this little hotel are decorated in a very unique and special way with an identical colour scheme throughout the building. The decoration is eclectic. It's a subtle mix of industrial art, modern design, genuine vintage and period antiques combined with contemporary comfort. The last time I stayed I fell under the spell of a period barber chair that had been converted into an armchair. On-line reservations only

I love Amsterdam's open spirit. It's easy to meet people and have rich, interesting conversations. The heart of the city is bubbling over with cultural initiatives, secret restaurants and nature routes that relax you in no time. I want to share it all with you!
