Yoga fly: The new anti-gravity sportCreated in 2007 by Christopher Harrison, a New York choreographer and gymnast, this aerial sport is a mix of yoga, fitness and circus. Whether you do the soft or dynamic version, yoga fly is a workout for your whole body. What's new about it? You bypass the laws of gravity by doing exercises while suspended! No more complicated postions: this is a gentle workout for your muscles.
Yoga fly: Anti-gravity positionsThe yoga positions and breathing are done suspended in the air. Warrior position head down, the candle a metre above the ground, a weightless lotus...your basin is supported by the hammock and your body is weightless. It's ideal for letting go. The session ends with 10 minutes of relaxation coiled up in the hammock. You leave relaxed and energised! Special "first-time" classes: €20
