The famous Cornette de Saint Cyr auction house has spawned imitators since it first opened in the Belgian capital on 10 October 2012. People come from far to attend its exceptional sales, ranging from contemporary art to Belgian design and including fashion and special collections. It's the place to go for those who love the unique and confidential atmosphere of auction houses.

A high-level family business

The Cornette de Saint Cyr firm was founded in 1973 by Pierre Cornette de Saint Cyr. His strong personality and very definite tastes quickly left their mark on the French art market where he has been an innovative forerunner. He is a visionary in his field and the first to hold special auctions for advertising items, photography and design. His curiosity about artists is truly limitless and he knows how to communicate his enthusiasm.

A very well-thought out schedule

The sales schedule is updated on a regular basis and holds many wonderful surprises for those in the know. Two key sales are planned this season: one on December 2nd focusing on contemporary art and design and the auction house's traditional Christmas sale on Sunday, December 15th. The firm's staff will give you a warm welcome and provide you with top-notch advice.

My fashion job takes me around the world throughout the year. I love flea markets and hunting for antiques year round, meeting up with friends at art show openings, going to fashion shows and being first to discover a new restaurant.
My little extra: introducing people to the "arty" and underground side of Brussels!"
