Juliette is the lunch satellite of restaurant and delicatessen 'De Broers van Julienne'. It's an eatery and shop specialised in both sweet and savoury tarts and quiches. And it's all made with the most delicious fruit and vegetables!
I've developed an interest in what goes into my food, and I try to eat only the freshest of fresh, favouring artisanal products over industrial fare. So whenever I find myself in the city centre at lunchtime, I head straight for Juliette on the Ijzerenwaag. And the reason? Truly sublime cooking and generous portions!
At Juliette you'll find vegetable tarts as well as salads, and you can choose all-vegetarian or including fish. All the food is made with olive oil and natural, organic ingredients. You can eat in or take away. I'm not even a vegetarian, but with what they do with spices, flavours and ingredients, I don't miss the meat for a second.
I'm crazy about their salmon quiches, pasta pesto, Moroccan carrots, and cheesecake, just thinking about it makes my mouth water. And besides lunch, Juliette also sells a fine selection of organic products off the shelf.
