If you like unusual decoration, you'll love Raw Materials.

Really authentic

Chance sometimes does things right. I discovered Raw Materials one day when looking for some wood letters I wanted to give to a friend to decorate her chimney. I immediately fell under the charm of this shop which sells furniture and accessories made of raw, unpolished materials from the four corners of the world. Each piece is handcrafted or recycled and each is authentic and has a story to tell. I can't say enough about the beautifully engraved round stones, perfect as table mats or to decorate a wall. Originally from India, they are used to decorate dishes during festivities. The motifs are reproduced in bread dough.

Splendors of the world

Raw Materials' list of wonderful finds is long. You can find Moldavian kelims (rugs), rope lamps from the Philippines, traditional plates from southern Italy, olive wood platters from Tunisia, laboratory flasks (unexpected vases), vintage chairs, rusty metal suitcases and more. Don't hesitate to ask for help: all of the salespeople are passionate about their work. They'll help you find an object to add the little industrial, rustic or ethnic touch your interior was missing.
