Le BAL
LE BAL presents the first exhibition in France dedicated to Batia Suter. Batia Suter will conceive a site specific installation mixing images, sculptures and projections. All the spaces of LE BAL, interior as outdoor, will be covered with larged prints directly fixed on the walls.
Radial Grammar will turn LE BAL into a giant atlas, in which the public will be able to wander throughout this spate of images, looking for connections through form and theme.

Batia Suter exhibition
LE BAL is an independent platform for exhibitions, publications, ideas and education, dedicated to contemporary images – photography, video, film and the new media. Founded in 2010 by Raymond Depardon and Diane Dufour with the main support of the Mairie de Paris, it is a non-profit organization.
Since 2008, LE BAL’s educational center, La Fabrique du Regard, has been training with 2,000 underprivileged young people every year. The aim is to offer them the chance to reflect on the world and its images.
