  2. Is there a call centre for subscribers?

    You can contact the Thalys TheCard call centre 7 days a week, from 7.30 am to 8.30 pm.

  3. Should I mention that I am a subscriber when I buy a ticket?

    Log in to your account and make all appropriate changes in the “My Settings” section.

  4. If I have purchased a subscription ticket that does not match my subscription, can I ask for a retroactive reimbursement?

    If you made a mistake during your purchase, you can have your ticket exchanged or reimbursed, if the price conditions allow it.

  5. How can I show my subscription during an on-board ticket check?

    Provide your Thalys number, present your Thalys TheCard card or your 2D code during ticket inspection.

  6. I just purchased my subscription online. How can I purchase my tickets?

    Book your tickets through all usual Thalys sales channels and mention during the purchase process that you have a Thalys subscription.

  7. If I forget to mention my subscription when I purchase my ticket, can I ask for a retroactive reimbursement?

    No refund will be issued if you forgot to mention your type of subscription or if you have to regularise your ticket on board.
