A lovely little shop that is sure to delight lovers of traditional confections. A veritable paradise for sweet-tooths of all ages!

Revisiting childhood

I discovered this incredible shop on the Rue Monge while strolling about the Quartier Latin. As soon as I looked in the window, I fell in love with this temple of sweets. With its large jars overflowing with marshmallows and all sorts of carefully selected sweets, I was immediately transported back to my childhood!

An old classroom

What do I particularly like about this lovely little shop? Its 50s-style classroom decor. An outdated map on the wall, a blackboard, a wall clock and old desks: in a few seconds, my schoolgirl years came rushing back with nostalgia!

Traditional sweets

But this shop's most delicious treasures are undoubtedly to be found in its glass jars, filled with artisanal confections from all four corners of France, each more delicious and enticing than the next: Fraisettes from Vichy, Angéliques from Niort, Quenelles from Lyon, Bouchons from Bordeaux... Choose your sweets, weigh and pay, and then titillate your tastebuds to no end!

Whoever said fondness of sweets was a bad thing? Certainly not me!
