Le 39V is a high-perched, Parisian restaurant hidden in the heart of the "Golden Triangle". Well worth discovering!

A high-perched restaurant

I really fell in love with this restaurant! Located on the 6th floor of a luxurious building, Le 39V is a rising star among Parisian restaurants. The spot is truly unique, with its circular design offering a panoramic view of the restaurant and its terrace bathed in light like a hanging vegetable garden! I love the open kitchen, perfect for watching the talented chef, Frédéric Vardon, at work. Finally, you'll enjoy discovering the restaurant's "geo-luminescence": this consists of filming the sky's varying colours and luminosity, which are then projected onto a circular screen. Quite a package.

Copious cuisine

Frédéric Vardon, who worked alongside Alain Ducasse for 14 years, has a passion for quality ingredients. He gives centre stage to fruits and vegetables and adapts his menu according to the market. I love it! Here, the cuisine is particularly copious, which also won me over! My favourites: the thick tartare of market-fresh fish, with condiments and fines herbes (€18); the John Dory prepared à la plancha, with green asparagus and a thyme-and-lemon juice (€50); and the religieuse and all-caramel iced parfait (€15). Traditional French cuisine that is incredibly well prepared and truly mouth-watering!

An intimate eatery

To get to the restaurant, don't waste your time searching on Avenue Georges V. The discreet entrance is located around the corner, at 17 rue Quentin Bauchart. A restaurant that has aptly built its fame on word of mouth. Well worth discovering!

Lunch menu: starter + main course or main course + dessert: €39.50
4-course "tasting" menu: €85
