At the heart of the legendary district of Pigalle, this brand-new bar will take you back two centuries in time. Downstairs, there's a tavern with a rugged atmosphere and masculine decor. Upstairs, you'll hear women's voices resounding in a boudoir style setting.

Traces of the past

At the forefront of the lively nightlife of the red light district, Le Pigalle is a tribute to the seamy legacy of this Paris district. It even proudly bears the neon colours of a "maison de plaisirs". The whole place is a play on the clichés of the boulevard de Clichy. Upstairs, a boudoir with sofa beds, armchairs and cushions in purple velvet, fringed lampshades and soft lighting that recall the seductive atmosphere of the brothels. On the ground floor, an old-style tavern with large wooden communal tables. Hidden in the adjoining rooms you'll find a winter garden and a private lounge reminiscent of the illegal gambling dens where men gathered to drink and wager.

DJ/drinks, an explosive cocktail

The cocktail menu, inspired by the legendary 'pink guide' that was secretly passed around back in the day, includes over 50 items, some of which have evocative names such as l’After Sex (vodka, crème de banane, orange, grenadine), the Pomme d’Amour (vodka, Chambord, apple, cranberries) and the Nuit de Folie (Champagne, vodka, cranberries, ginger).

Daily from 9 AM to 2 AM
DJ nights from Thursday to Sunday
cocktails 9.50 €, draught beer 4.5 €
Brigitte, 39 MOTHER

Mother, bohemian and Parisian, I love Paris' cosmopolitan side and warmth. Exhibitions, walks, outings with the children...I'll take you on a discovery of the most welcoming places in Paris. My little extra: with my love of food as my compass, I always set course for the best lemon tarts in the city.
