Personalised on board facilities

There is a specially-designed area for people using wheelchairs in carriages 1, 11 and 21. Specially-adapted toilets are also nearby.

Comfort 1 for the price of Comfort 2

Disabled passengers and the person accompanying them will automatically be entitled to Comfort 1 for the price of Comfort 2. This means there is more space for wheelchairs and meals are served here.

Book your taxi whilst on board the train

Our on-board teams will deal with booking your taxi. You will be met in the railway station when you get off the train.
