ThalysConnect – Door to door travelling

ThalysConnect is the Thalys platform that offers travellers information and services to facilitate their travelling, both before and after their Thalys journey.

On ThalysConnect, you will find information on the different transport offers available from your departure point and your destination, and the preferential travel offers of our partners.

By presenting the different means of transport available at Thalys destinations, we also hope to open up alternatives to using cars and thus contribute to the fight against global warming.

Gain time with our partners

  • No more queuing at the ticket office! You can buy public transport tickets on board from the Thalys bar. Holders of a Thalys ticket leaving from or heading to Aix-la-Chapelle / Aachen and Cologne can use the city public transport system free on the departure day show on their ticket.
  • Need a taxi? In Comfort 1, onboard staff can reserve a taxi for you at the stations of Bruxelles-Midi or Paris Nord. Your driver will be waiting for you on the platform when you arrive, with a name board. More
  • Rent a car easily, with our partner Europcar, and you will automatically benefit from a 10% reduction on all rented vehicles. And with Thalys Drive, you can rent a vehicle for just a few hours. More
  • Every Belgian Station The “TGB" price means you can extend your Thalys trip to or from any Belgian station. More
