- Make a simple phone call, give your Cybelys Card number and change your reservation on Thalys. Contact the Cybelys Direct Line or the International Call Centre
- With your Cybelys Card and a Librys or TCP (Thalys Corporate Programme) ticket you can board any Thalys train travelling in the same direction at any time of the day, but without guarantee of a seat or meal service in Comfort 1.
- In the event of any disruption, we will contact you by SMS. You can also call Cybelys Contact.
