So that the train can depart safely, please note that platform access may, in certain stations, be closed, 2 minutes before departure.

In Comfort 1 our hostesses and stewards are at your service. They can assist you with finding your seat and help you to make yourself comfortable when you join the train.

Our staff are multilingual and are committed to ensuring that you have a pleasant trip.

Our Train Managers are responsible for welcoming you and for your safety, and will be able to answer your questions and to assist you in the event of any difficulty while travelling.
