Enjoy a good meal during your journey! A meal served at your seat in the train is included in the price of your ticket in Comfort 1*.

The new Thalys approach, straight into your plate, offering you meals that are healthier, tastier and suited to each time of the day and your journey.*
Meals are designed according to the culinary customs of the departure station. Several vegetarian selections are available on each line.
For your dining pleasure, more than 216 different menus are served each year aboard Thalys trains:
- A Breakfast consisting in:
- hot and cold drinks,
- croissants and hot breads,
- fruit salad or an organic yoghourt,
- a savoury selection (cheese and cold meat) or a sweet selection.
- A Lunch / Dinner consisting in :
- hot and cold drinks,
- a starter,
- a mixed salad platter,
- a dessert,
- hot breads.
- A Gourmet offer :
- Gourmet Tonus = in the morning after Breakfast.
- Choice of: hot Danish pastries, sandwiches, organic yoghourts, fruit salads.
- Gourmet Apéritif = before Lunch and Dinner.
- Choice of: savoury cakes, vegetable sticks, sandwiches.
- Gourmet Gourmand = In the afternoon and evening.
- Choice of: sandwiches, cakes, fruit salads, organic yoghourts.
Momentum
To vary its catering offer, Thalys has opted for a themed approach. 3 times a year it offers a completely new Momentum menu.
Origines & Découvertes
From 13th December 2009 to 11th April 2010
Our winter menu, a gourmand offer called « Origines et Découvertes », highlights some of the best produce that Thalys’ four countries have to offer: fillet of grey sea bream, lentil salad or red mullet and rice cake with pumpkin, pumpkin tatin or vegetarian celery clafoutis, red berry almond tart or pancakes with orgeat syrup for breakfast… while introducing new flavour experiences like curried grated turnip salad.

On our menus you’ll find a selection of hot dishes, sandwiches, sweet and savoury snacks, salads, hot and cold drinks, as well as organic and fair trade products.
Available at the bar or to go.
From now on, our disposable tableware is 100% recyclable!
