When you purchase your ticket online your trip is automatically linked to your Ticketless Card. When you travel, all you have to do is present your Ticketless Card to the Train Manager. It’s that simple!

When ordering, you will receive a confirmation message with the details of your trip by email or SMS.
All the details of your trip are available in your personal My Thalys space. After your trip you can obtain a receipt for your expense account.
