On-time performance
For you and for us, punctuality is essential!
We aim to be transparent, and Thalys therefore publishes statistics every month showing the on-time performance of its trains.
Our satellite system constantly monitors the trains’ movements.
You can find out the arrival time of any train and obtain information on any incidents that may have occurred in the “traffic information” section.
- Trains running on schedule (within 15 minutes of schedule):
- last 12 months: 93.65%
- August 2008: 94.75%
