You can exchange your ticket in line with current fare prices. To enjoy the best possible after-sales service, you need to exchange your ticket before the dates and times of the initial journey.

You will not be charged for exchanging your ticket as long as you go to the place from which you first purchased your ticket and as long as a ticket is available at the same price.
