Thalys customers now have a continuous broadband Internet connection on all Thalys trains travelling to all destinations*, so you can surf the Internet, consult your emails or work during your journey.
*Service subject to availability, depending on technical conditions on the day.
A simple connection
Click on your browser and you arrive at the portal enabling you to access Internet and use, free of charge, the services available, such as finding out the position of your train in real time and accessing all Thalys sites. To access Internet, just register.
Internet access is free of charge in Comfort 1 but there is a charge in Comfort 2.
Two types of access are available in Comfort 2:
- 60 min credit(s) for 6.50€. You can use your credit in several sessions on one journey.
- Unlimited access during your entire journey for only €13*.
A special offer allows you to get additional free credits when you purchase 3 or 7 on thalys.com!

On board purchase
- You can also purchase credits via the ThalysNet portal once you board your train.;
- Prepaid cards are available at the Thalys Bar.
In the train, simply register on the ThalysNet portal with your ThalysNet login and password. Select one of your available Internet credits and validate the access codes to access Internet.
