- on this site: payment can be made either on line, or when you collect your tickets at a station or an SNCF agency.
- at SNCF stations and ticket offices;
- by telephone: dial 3635 and say “Thalys” (0.34 €/min) from a landline, outside France: + 33 8 92 35 35 36;
- at ticket machines;
- at authorised travel agencies.
