Ticketless - You have the freedom to travel without a ticket!

With Thalys Ticketless you can travel without a paper ticket to all Thalys destinations.

Ticketless in a nutshell:

  • no need to collect your ticket at the station, to receive it by post or to print it out;
  • purchase on Thalys.com, through a travel agency or the call centre;
  • confirmation of your reservation, your exchange or your cancellation by e-mail;
  • reminder of seat number by SMS 1 hour prior to the train's departure
  • E-mail and SMS message in the event of traffic disturbance affecting your train;
  • personal "My Ticketless" space on Thalys.com to consult your Ticketless journeys and print out a receipt.

Home delivery of your train ticket

You can buy your train tickets online and receive them on this site by post. There is no need to go out and collect your ticket..

To make sure you receive your ticket in time, our reservation system requires a minimum number of days prior to your travel dates.

Depending on the country the minimum number of days is:

  • Belgium: 7 days before departure;
  • France: 4 days before departure;
  • Germany: 7 days before departure;
  • Netherlands: 5 days before departure.

You have not received your train tickets within the required time.


Print-Out Tickets


Print out your train tickets and say goodbye to long queues!

Thanks to our Print-Out Ticket you can print your own train ticket immediately after placing your order.

Print-Out tickets are nominative and personal.

You must indicate the surname, first name and date of birth of each passenger when you create a Print-Out Ticket.

On Thalys trains, the Train Manager will ask you to present identification with your ticket.

To use this service, you need Adobeİ Readerİ software, version 4 minimum.

Collecting tickets at the station

Tickets purchased through Thalys.com can be collected in Belgium, from stations or ticket machines.
