Lost property

Loss of a ticket

Tickets remain entirely the responsibility of passengers. Each ticket is unique and transferable (except print-out tickets ordered on Internet). However, in the event of ticket loss or theft, Thalys International does not give refunds, exchanges or duplicates.

Loss of an object

In the event of an object being lost or left on board one of our trains, you are invited to contact the lost property department at your destination.
