Lots of room in Comfort 1
A special area is available in carriages 1, 11 and 21 on the train for passengers in wheelchairs.
Toilets to facilitate disabled access are located nearby.
Fares for disabled travellers are not available on line. Please inquire at Thalys points of sale (train stations or travel agencies) or by telephone.
If you would like assistance when boarding, please inform your departure station at least 24 hours before your journey by calling:
- In Belgium: : +32 (0)2 224 52 39.
- In France: via ticket reservation on 36 35. Please inform our agent when you purchase your ticket that you would like assistance.
- In the Netherlands: 030 235 78 22; (72 hours before departure).
- In Germany: 01805/512 512 from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 8 pm and Saturday from 8 am to 2 pm (at least 24 hours before departure).
For the greater comfort of disabled passengers who benefit from specific advantages: assistance in the station, a personalised welcome on board the train and the hire of specially adapted vehicles with Europcar.
