You no longer need to collect your ticket at the station, receive it by post or print it out.
Purchase it on Thalys.com, through a travel agency or the call centre.
Confirmation of reservation, exchange or cancellation by e-mail.
Reminder of seat number by SMS 1 hour prior to the train’s departure.
E-mail and SMS message in the event of traffic disturbance affecting your train.
Personal “My Ticketless” space on Thalys.com to consult your Ticketless journeys and print out a receipt.
