To submit your claim, please complete the compensation claim form and return it by post together with your original ticket (except for “ticketless” passengers) to the Thalys customer service office of your choice within a maximum period of 2 months.

Method of payment*:


(For passengers residing in France or Belgium)
The compensation will occur only by Thalys vouchers.
(For passengers residing in the Netherlands)
The compensation will occur only by Thalys vouchers.
(For passengers residing in Germany) By transfer on a bank account opened in Germany.


Send the original of your ticket with the completed form in a stamped envelope (within two months after your journey) to Thalys Customer Service.
If your fare category requires a return journey (Mezzo, Mezzo+ or Smilys), make your claim after your return journey.
