ROSE S CANTINA

This Mexicain restaurant, opened in 1980, was a first in Amsterdam and took locals by surprise, losing them somewhere in between guacamole and fajitas. With the exception of a rather contemporary styled patio, the white and green decor is characteristically Mexican. The chef shares his culinary love for tacos, enchiladas and burritos. Also there is a nice cocktail menu and more than 20 different tequilas.
