BAZAR DE L HOTEL DE VILLE (BHV)
BHV saw its creation in 1856 during the height of the department store frenzy in Paris. With siblings such as Samaritaine, Galeries Lafayette, Printemps, and Bon Marché, BHV was an immediate success.
Today it remains one of the preferred shopping spots of Parisiens because it is the only place in the heart of the city where you can find anythign you need: crafts, tools, fashion, children's items, and electronics.
