In a lovely small street near the Pompidou Center, Lapeyronie is a first grade roasters. Their collection of varities is pretty large: 25 kinds of coffee and 65 kinds of tea. The unique aspect of this place is that one can taste samples either inside or out on their charming patio. A passionate traveller, the owner could talk to you for hours about the different aromas and coffees and where they come from. Each coffee is accompanied by a very poetic description of its qualities.
