A blue-collar co-op, this place has all the designs of a regulars cafeteria, serving simple traditional dishes like: cassoulet, normandy blood sausage, andouillette, steak. As the co-op principal means every employee is invested in the restaurant, clients are welcomed as if they were in the person's own home.
