In the middle of l'île Saint-Louis, not far from Notre Dame, Fin Gourmet just celebrated its one year anniversay. Run by David Magniez and Yohann Gerbout, restauranteurs trained by the best, this establishment is warm and intimate and serves innovative food: mushroom/chestnut soup, mustard salad, foie gras with pineapple and vanilla-caramel. Several appetizers, five main dishes and three desserts is it, but you won't be disappointed!
